TCS World Travel is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our inside sales team, who sells luxury private custom and jet programs to high-net-worth individuals. This new position will be responsible for a host of administrative support and project duties as well as working with various systems and tools to support the overall functioning of the sales department in achieving its annual objectives. Our ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for driving sales.

What you will be doing
As the Sales Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and your responsibilities will include:
Send brochure mailings to customers and update data in Salesforce
Execute all required data entry to support inside sales
Manage lead distribution and reporting, continually updating Salesforce
Being on rotation for answering incoming telephone calls
Respond to general inquires and schedule calls with Sales Consultants
Assist with pre-booking insurance quotes as needed
Track insurance sales activity and update Salesforce with insurance updates
Assist in process of transferring passengers (e.g., updating our internal reservation system)
What we are looking for
To be a successful Sales Coordinator you will have prior experience in an administrative support role. You will be supporting a team working in a very fast-paced environment therefore you will have strong time management skills, the ability to immediately surface and resolve overlapping priorities, be able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and coordinate workload and priorities independently. You will be a detail-oriented person, proactive, and able to meet deadlines efficiently. You will need to be proficient in MS Office and ideally experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
